Exchange
Exchange are only available in case of damage or not same as shown products and Parcel opening video is mandatory. You are eligible to return your items within 24 Hours of receiving your order. To be eligible for a exchange, your items must be:
- In original and unused condition
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items

Exchange Process

- Share Parcel Opening Video at WhatsApp
- If Parcel opening video is eligible for Exchange, then you are good to go ahead
- Securely pack your items in the original packaging.
- Ship the package to the address we provide.
- Once we receive the product, we will dispatch the new parcel to you as soon as possible.
